All our coffee is 100% Highest Grade Arabica Beans selected from the world's best growing areas: Papua New Guinea, Colombia, Kenya, Guatemala - all available at Wildcat Coffee.

Roasting the perfect batch is an obsession and a passion.

Some of our most popular blends - Flashpoint, Wildcat Blend (Gold Award winning 2007/2008), Colombian Dark, Espresso and the 2008/2009 Silver award winning Organic Decaf.

FLASHPOINT

Our newest addition is our enhanced blend called Flashpoint. With its improved body, and preserving the delicate flavours that subtly cover the palate with a nice strong character, it is an excellent espresso basis for any milky combination.

WILDCAT BLEND

2007 NZ Coffee Festival Gold Award WinnerOur award-winning Espresso Coffee. A delicious brown roast yielding maximum rich caramel distinction and chocolate finish. Has the perfect balance and produces a fine espresso, the basis for all types of coffee.

ORGANIC DECAF

Silver Award Seal, 2008 Our award winning decaf is a Swiss water treated organic decaf where only water is used in the decaffeination process. Our organic decaf uses only top quality green beans and is roasted to a medium roast.

PHANTOM

(Formerly Colombian Dark). This is a dark roast, producing smooth but full bodied richness, and flavours coming from the area it is harvested from adding a distinct chocolate aroma. Phantom is great for the plunger, but also makes a delicious Flat White or Latte.

LIGNITE

Lignite blend (formerly Espresso) boasts a medium roast and makes a well balanced caramelised mild espresso or latte. Gold medal winner filter/plunger category, NZ Coffee Festival 2009.

ROUGHNECK

New blend of three different South American beans with notes of chocolate and vanilla characteristic of this area. Crema is dark and fragrant and the espresso is a good balance of bite and depth with the bite giving way on the palate to a smoothness of chocolate and vanilla mixed with a nutty and slightly earthy taste.

MATRIX

This strong dark single origin genuine Italian roast produces a complex bitter sweetness and caramel flavours which is indicative of the high altitude this blend comes from.
